Fee Guide

There are many factors to account for when determining the fees for a particular dental procedure. It is therefore extremely difficult to give a list of fees. Below are a few examples of our fees

New Patient Examination & Consultation from £65

This will take at least an hour. It includes an in depth analysis of your dental health and a discussion of your needs and fears. It also includes all xrays that may be relevant at that visit, often this involves taking a Panoral Xray supplemented with various small (detailed) Views of individual teeth. In addition, the fee includes a detailed written Dental Report which is sent to you shortly after your Examination visit. Your Report includes a full breakdown of the costs of your proposed treatment.

Children Examination(Under 16) £35

Hygienist Visit £65

This pays for one hour with the dental hygienist. For simple cases, an hour is sufficient to chart your gum health and carry out a routine cleaning & polishing. For more complicated cases, your charges will be based upon time spent with the Dental Hygienist.

Composite Restoration from £80

A Composite Restoration is a tooth coloured ‘filling’ which restores the natural colour, shape and structure of a diseased tooth. The procedure takes a minimum of one hour. The fees charged for this procedure vary depending upon the complexity of the restoration.

Root Canal Treatment from £400

Root canal treatment is a dental procedure to treat infection at the centre of a tooth (the root canal system). Root canal treatment is also called endodontics.

To treat the infection in the root canal, the bacteria need to be removed. This can be achieved by:

  • removing the tooth (extraction)
  • Root canal treatment

In root canal treatment, the bacteria are removed from inside the root canal system, the root canal is filled and the tooth is sealed with a filling or crown. In most cases, the inflamed tissue at the end of the tooth will heal naturally.

Dental Implants £2700

The fees for a dental implant include the cost of purchasing the ‘hardware’ which is of the highest quality.  This includes the fees for a visiting oral surgeon from Sweden who places the Implant.

Crown from £650

The fee for a crown includes the surgery time of two appointments and the provision of a ‘temporary’ crown. In addition, the costs include the courier & laboratory fees involved in constructing the tooth. We use very highly regarded laboratories. All crowns are constructed of either Gold/Ceramic or Ceramic only. All materials used are the finest available in the dental market.

Tooth Whitening

Chairside & Home Whitening £650

Full Mouth Rehabilitation from £25,000

This often involves the placement of numerous Dental Implants and the Crowning of every tooth in the mouth. Such treatment can often take a year or more to complete.
